The swansong of the infodemic series is in contrast to „Mechanimal“ very light and romantic. Fred reminisces youth and times when everything ordinary was exciting. The composer supports his musings with airy wurlitzer sounds, double bass action sampled off a Milt Jackson record, harmonium touches and natural drumsounds. Of course, there is always a little bit of go nogo artsy approach to the music, even in this little cute ditty of a tune.
